*LMC* Resell Partner Program

Hello and thank you for your interest in the *LMC* Reseller Partner Program.

The *LMC* Reseller Partner program is an exclusive partner program. Although applying is open for everybody we do expect that potential partners adhere to certain standards. Standards of which we think is suitable for reselling *LMC* and is alligned with the thought behind *LMC*. We understand that these standards are completely subjective, but I guess that’s our perogative. Basically it means your shop must have some class and be in a classy suitable environment, in other words we want to see that you are committed to making your shop a success and are not just here for the quick bucks.

Applying for the Reseller Program includes that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions below. If you cannot or are not willing to comply with any or some of the Terms and Conditions mentioned below, please do not apply.

1) We understand that everybody wants to earn some money on SL. But to be fair towards your colleague resellers you are not allowed to open a reseller store on a SIM where there is already a *LMC* reseller.

2) As a Reseller Partner you are allowed to only have one store that resells *LMC* (so you are not allowed to deploy the vendors on any other location).

3) You will display the *LMC* Partner Logo Texture (included) in the direct vincinity of your vendors in a matter that it can be seen that you are indeed an authorised reseller.

4) Feel free to advertise the fact that you are a *LMC* Reseller Partner. Please make sure that you use that term exactly as it is written here. Do not alter or change that term in any way or form.

5) All relevant displays and advertising posters are included in the kit.

6) Prices are fixed at the central server and are NOT adjustable.  You will receive 20% of all sales made through your vendors.  Please note, vendor owners do not receive the 20% commission if they purchase designs from their own vendors! This commission is non-negotiable.

7) The *LMC* Partner Group is a strictly no chat/spam group.  Please do not chat/spam in the channel.  Thank you!

8 ) All designs sold from your vendors, in this format are no copy/trans.  Therefore, if any of your customers has a stale transaction, non delivery or is charged twice for the same item.  Please forward a notecard to Danopster Garrigus with all the transaction details and the matter will be dealt with promptly!

9) *LMC* is a group of designers that design the finest evening & bridal fashion on SL. They are quite busy with that and it is there main focus. Therefor do not bother them directly if you have any questions regarding the *LMC* Reseller Partner program. All those questions should be directed to Danopster Garrigus. If needed he will be contacting the designers.

All other enquiries/questions should be directed to Danopster Garrigus.

Applying for the *LMC* Reseller Partner program, indicates you have read, understood, agree and will abide to the Terms and Conditions mentioned above. We will check our Partners on intervals to see if they abide to the Terms and Conditions. Not abiding to them risks you loosing your Reseller Status and your vendors being put offline without prior warning.

Please be aware that applying is free of charge, however once accepted there are some setup fees to be paid. These payments are to cover the basic costs of keeping this program alive.  It also makes sure that only the serious do apply. Please make sure you read all information prior to accepting a group invitation and paying the join fee, for absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given if you mistakenly enter the program.

NOTE: At the moment of writing the setup fee is L$2499 to join. Further details around this can be found in the welcome note which you will recieve once your application has been accepted. The vendor packs will be free of charge, but please make sure you wear your group tag to receive a 100% instant refund of the vendor price when purchasing.
